Hi public mobile

my payment got declined from my card even my card have balance. So now if i try to pay the payment through app its shows me 40$ something my original plan is 20$ because i have a discount for 24months what to do? Please help asap my service stopped working

@Manpreets  If you make full payment you should get $20 credit back to your accounts available funds and it will be used for your next renewal . But you can confirm with support team to verify

you  use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen . If that dosent work you can instead send  a  private message   To CS_Agent
