I am no longer a Public Mobile customer. I have switched to Koodo. Please refund the charge of $27.12 that was made this morning September 27, 2024. Please remove my credit card and close my account.

sorry @Homedog, PM is a prepaid provider and there is no refund for early cancelation from porting out
However, since you moved to Koodo, which both PM and Koodo are owned by Telus, there is a chance Koodo can provide a one time credit. Please reach out to Koodo support and explain the situation
