I made a payment but my data hasn’t reset yet? Can anyone relate to my issues?

I havent had this issue, it is usually updated immediately in my experience, but i use auto-pay. If you made a manual payment, try refreshing the website/restarting your phone and see if it updates. If it does not, you should reach out to a PM agent here:

usually immediately. Try reboot your phone first
and check My Account using Incognito mode, does it show your renewed with a new cycle date started today?
