While you are waiting for an CS_Agent to get back to you.
You can purchase a voucher from these locations: 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples then dial 611 and enter the voucher number & PIN to restore service.
But if you are a new member that just activate a SIM but won’t go through then you need help from a CS_Agent to completing the payment process.

Could be a number of reasons. Did your credit card expire? Go into your account, maybe it will tell you there under Payments.
You can always reach out to a CS Agent to find out why.
