Wow. Who knew you could reply with the yes multiple times on the one offer and get multiple add-ons. Interesting. But that's of course why you have multiple charges.
Please tell us the day counter on the add-on. Like 8/180 or something.
If you have no use for that much data for that much time then you could try your luck with support to have them credit you back those charges. It would take several weeks to get the money back in your account so just keep the credit for your next renewals.

Indeed. Is someone else using that phone? Like a kid? This place has been sending out text offers to people low on data and all they need to do is reply yes and then that charges the card on file.

How so? Do you see extra charges on your credit card? Is there extra balance in your account here? Did someone using one of your phones say yes to a text offer? Did you do an immediate plan change?
