@Sparky1959 you can 611 and load then or sign into your my account and go to payment tab and at bottom of screen load vouchers now

@Sparky1959 when you got the voucher and where you got it from?
Vouchers from some stores have a 24 hours wait time before it can be used. If you got from one of those stores, I am not sure if PM support can help (cos likley the systems not sync'ed yet and PM is not seeing the voucher is active until later today or tomorrow)
but you can try to message support to confirm.
