Hi, I have suspended my service on December 17, 2022 and automatic payment had been disabled at least a week ago.
Please issue a refund for a payment of $16.95 due on December 18, but debited from my credit card on file on December 17, 2022.
Thanks

In general, there are no refunds with prepaid service like Public mobile
If there was an error in payment, you would need to contact customer service agent.
Submit a ticket for CSA help.

@Heng-vic so, you went to Payment page and confirmed that Pre-Authorized payments was disabled?
PM service is prepaid and usually do not provide refund. However, if you are certain you did the right thing, then you need to open ticket with PM support and fight for it. The first level support might give you a reply you don't like, ask them to escalate
Please open ticket with PM using Chatbot:
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
