I have recently switched to Public Mobile......but had a lot of trouble setting up the account. Now I see that I have been charged 3 times. The first charge was on 15 September and two more on 18 September. I want to make sure that I am credited for these charges.

Have you contacted customer support? If not and there are no credits on your account you will need a CSA to process a refund to your card (may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement/account)or ask for an immediate credit to your account which can be used for your renewal or to purchase add ons.
You can contact customer support by scrolling down the page and click on SIMon (in the green section.) Or click below for links and more info and advice on contacting customer support.

There are no additional payments to my account.....and yes....an unsuccessful attempt was made on the 15th and then I tried again on the 19th (not the 18th) where one of the attempt was successful. All three charges were for $28.25 each.

Please remove your personal email by editing your post. Click the little arrow thingy on the right of your post. Please and thank you.
Edit:
Did you have an unsuccessful activation on the 15th? Then two attempts on the 18th with the second one seemingly successful? Are there any extra funds in your self serve account balance?

Are the extra charges showing as credits on your available balance in self-serve?
If so, best to leave them there and let them cover future renewals.
