I updated the credit card information before the credit card expiry date for the auto-pay a month ago. Today the account was suspended due to no payment. I tried to enter the credit card information again but got message: something wrong, get back later. What is wrong?

I used desktop to update my credit card info before the expiry date. Public Mobile today suspends my account due to no payment. I tried to reactivate the account and made payment, it gave me a message:" something is wrong, try back later" Does anyone has the Customer Service Agent telephone number or email address? Thanks.

I've had this problem before too and it's best to use your laptop to do this.

@ESC were you using your phone or Tablet to access My Account?
Please use your desktop or laptop for now as there is a problem with credit card/payment when accessing on phone/tablet. Using Desktop/Laptop will be the workaround until the issue is fixed
