Good thing you contacted customer support on this.
It surprises me that folks will post their credit card numbers, checking account info, ph number and other sensitive info on a public forum for any crook and recidivist to take advantage of.

@LinaLi , you have given your banking information to everyone viewing this public forum! I advise you to contact your bank to have your account changed to avoid potential fraudulent charges due to this! However, this is just my opinion.
I have reported your post to have a CS_Agent remove your banking information on here for you.

you can only make regular plan payment using a valid Cdn Mastercard or Visa debit. You can make payment using vouchers but you must use a payment card to initiate your account. After than, you can disable Subscribed and use payment vouchers from Canada Tire and Shoppers.

Please remove your personal information as this is a public forum and there are no PM staff on this forum. We are all members like you so click on V in circle and edit out.
PM will only take CC, debit or vouchers so login to your account and go to Payment tab>Update Card Information on the PM app or website.
