I just did my payement and I was charged on my account and the say I didn’t make the payment and they don’t wanna put my service back and I’m so flipping mad I can cal a real person all I get is robot I took a ticket for whatever and I’ve been waiting for the past 4h

is the money just showing as Available funds and didn't use for renewal ? If it is , login My Account using Incognito/private/secrete mode, put the account as Lost/Suspend first. Logout My Account. Wait 15 mins and Login back in using Incognito/private/secret mode and unsuspend it , this will force the system to use the money to renew

when you log in to your account, you should see a Resume prompt...click it !

@Kaslf12 Did you try and reboot the phone or reset network settings see if that helps ? And sorry no live chat support is all through messaging but if chat bot not working for you , you can use this direct link to support if still needed
