I've submitted 2 tickets now but still haven't gotten any response.... Does customer service even exist? Have you ever gotten a response and how long did it take them?

Yes that was definitely my experience lol
I did need an actual cs agent to transfer my number from koodo prepaid but the forum was helpful for the link to pm cs. Great job people 👏. I still don't know why my tickets didn't work 🤷♀️ but my issue is resolved now

just as an FYI...it's always best to start your search for your answer by coming here to the Community Forum, post your question...then you'll have suggestions within a few minutes. Unless your issue is account related, you will get crowd sourced suggestions on steps to correct your issue. If it is account related, we'll provide best way to start the process to contact Customer Support to get them helping too.

Whenever I submitted a ticket. The CS_Agent gets back to me within the hour.

Yes I am checking that inbox regularly and I've been waiting a day and a half and have submitted 2 tickets but still nothing. I did just find a link in stone other thread to pm an agent so I tried that just now. Back to waiting...

and Yes, the agent usually reply quick, my issues usually are resolved within 2 or 4 hours with couple messages back and forth
