I was paying my 3-months fee as per my plan for many years with my VISA. Half a year ago, a noticed that the payment was withdrawn from my VISA automatically which I strongly object. Today, it did happened again. If this practice of withdrawing funds from my credit card will continue, I will file a complain with CRTC and switch to another provider.

btw...while your at it...maybe you should look at the newer plan menu as there's some 30 day plans that may suit you better now. (and cheaper)

you have to turn off Autopay from My Account, Payment page, click Manage Subscription and the disable Subscribed.
