Has anyone else been over charged? My normal payment is 19.55 (which includes some rewards). Last month I was charged 28.74.

Payment is a crucial aspect of employee compensation, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements for work completed. Employers typically follow a set payment structure based on contractual agreements, and deductions such as taxes and social security contributions are commonly applied. For instance, the sss contribution table employee outlines the necessary deductions that must be made from an employee's salary to comply with the Social Security System requirements. Understanding this table is essential for both employers and employees to ensure compliance with government regulations.

Here is some more information on the mandatory switch to points system.

Unfortunately, no monthly discounts going forwards. As mentioned, looks like that you are on the $25 1GB 3G plan. You can switch to the new unadvertised $19 plan for 1GB LTE data. Check your self service account.

@publicwendy This is most likely related to the switch from $ rewards to Public Points, you probably missed the notification/s. You should have got some bonus data as "compensation" plus 5 points when you switched. So you are now paying the full original amount of your plan without the automatic deductions. Going forward you will collect points and use them to reduce your bill or buy discounted add ons. Everyone is now on Public Points, the rewards system is no more.
But, in your account when you log in and view change subscription you should see a $19 plan with 1GB data at 4G speed which is actually better as well as cheaper than the old $25 plan. Best to select "change on renewal" instead of "change now" or you will be charged again immediately.
