I have a redmi/Xiaomi 11 pro and think it's compatible, but on the sign up for an e Sim, I used the IMEI 1 code, and maybe should have used the IMEI 2 code instead. So as a result, I got rejected. So at this point, just want to be able to resign on again with the IMEI 2. However, I have paid already

Thanks for replying

Most modern phones are compatible with PM service.

What phone do you have and what SIM did you buy. NOT ALL phones can handle eSIM...

HI @Sweetbai

your phon enot compatible at all or just not eSIM compatible?

if just eSIM not compatible, you can buy a sim card from Telus or Koodo store and then ask support to change it for you

But if the phone is really not compatible and you try for a refund,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
