Hi,
I tried to transfer a landline number to a cell phone with public Mobile services. I have paid and am receiving emails welcoming me to public Mobile, but I can't use the cell phone with the public mobile Sim card. I think the problem might be that I am trying to transfer a landline number. What can I do get the services I paid for?

@Andreas60 How long ago did you try the transfer? It takes longer to transfer a landline number than a cell phone number. Up to 3 business days according to PM's porting FAQ.
