Hi, 

I tried to transfer a landline number to a cell phone with public Mobile services. I have paid and am receiving emails welcoming me to public Mobile, but I can't use the cell phone with the public mobile Sim card. I think the problem might be that I am trying to transfer a landline number. What can I do get the services I paid for?

@Andreas60   How long ago did you try the transfer?  It takes longer to transfer a landline number than a cell phone number.  Up to 3 business days according to PM's porting FAQ.

If you ported the number over already and it's not working, you may need to speak to the porting team for assistance. I'll message you the number.
