Hi, I am having trouble making a payment to my plan. I cannot login to my account. I have reset my password, however I still cannot gain access. I have called *611 and have no idea what the account PIN is found... I simply wish to make a payment. Please Help

you were able to login the new Eversafe account before?
Please wait a full hour and try again using Incognito mode.
When you reset password and re-logom, make sure you type out the the whole email address and password and do not use browser's auto-complete
if nothing works, message support for help
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
And if you want to resume service first, get a voucher from SDM/London Drug/711/Shell and load the voucher using *611 (no account pin required)

@Deana27 you can buy payment vouchers and load them *611 no PIN number needed . If you reset the password already and still can’t log in . Please submit ticket with support to help you regain access
