Payment won't go thru

There is just NO SUPPORT with PM. The bubbles show and it's saying LOADING but that's 10 minutes already. What can I do? I don't have another phone.

Handy I did this. No reply. The support in this co. is terrible!

I did both. The Agent never replied. I need my phone desperately.

HI @ilanna please  wait an hour first, then try on both browser using Incognito/private/secret mode as well as try using the Public Mobile app

Are you paying via voucher or credit card? 

Did you change credit card information recently?

Check online if your payment went through.  If not, you can try again.  Might want to try with a different web browseer, clear cache or incognito mode.
