When I sign in it says my plan has been de activated due to a late payment. I made a payment this morning that said it went through. I didn’t have service so I went and signed in again and it said I was still de activated. Clicked payment history and it shows I have $50.00 which covers my plan. I click make payment it says it goes through and it’s completed but then I go to my profile and it says I’m still de activated. I’ve tried again and again to get it to work. Restarted my phone a number of times. Not sure what to do.

You have to click on reactivate button (if you see it). Account will not reactivate just with payment.
If reactivate does not take your plan amount from your balance then briefly suspend your service via lost/stolen. This forces the payment and the transactions will show up in your payment history.

@kamandaaass hi do you see a reactivate button? click on it and reboot your phone
