Phone suspended

So I went to call out yesterday only to find my phone has been suspended. I can’t reset my password to get into my account to see what the problem is so using my daughters account. And I can’t make a payment via *611 as I don’t seem to remember my 4 digit pin. My payment went through on April 18 and should have gone through yesterday as nothing wrong with my credit card. What do I do???

If you need to make payment urgently to resume service, try to get a voucher and login and voucher using *611 (without the need of 4 digits account pin).    You can get a voucher from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/Cantire and then load the voucher using *611 on your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone) to resume service first and then try updating the card again later

For getting the access back to My Account, you will need to engage PM CS_agent.  Please private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there     

Once  you got the access back to My Account, you can reset the 4 digits PIN using this link:
