I want to pay my phone with a voucher but public is upgrading the page and wont let me do it....help me put money in my account...tomorrow my phone is expiring

you can also renew your plan using vouchers by dialing 611 on your cell.

It won't take more than 1 day. I would imagine they would lose a lot of money! When it's online, I think you still can pay by phone and also online.
Don't be sorry, I would feel the same if I was in your situation.

Unfortunately their support is all digital now, and they don't start officially reading tickets until 9 AM Eastern. Even if they had a phone number to call, they wouldn't be working right now.
They usually give advance warning or notice for maintenance, not sure why they didn't for today.

I tried calling *611 but days the same thing....Do you have another number I can contact to speak to an agent? Thanking you in advance for all your time and help...I cant be without a phone not even for 1 day....sorry about this!!!

I just checked myself and *611 is also down for maintenance.
I wish there was another option, but you'll unfortunately have to wait until it's online in the morning.

They won't cut your line, just pause it until the payment goes through, then it resumes. Unfortunately until the site is up (most likely in the morning) the only way to pay would be by phone.

Thank you for your reply!!! Im bad with technology so please be patient with me...Does that mean that they will cut my line?? I dont have a home line and I have a sick father that I need to contact all the time...Do you think they will cut my line? Is there another way I can pay it? Thank you

It's possible that it a cashe issue. Try clearing your cache or use a different browser and see if that helps
