I want to pay my phone with a voucher but public is upgrading the page and wont let me do it....help me put money in my account...tomorrow my phone is expiring

I just tested it and seems to be working fine. I got to add my voucher pin number before hanging up...so give it another try.

you can also renew your plan using vouchers by dialing 611 on your cell.

It won't take more than 1 day. I would imagine they would lose a lot of money! When it's online, I think you still can pay by phone and also online.

Don't be sorry, I would feel the same if I was in your situation.

Thank you!!! Do you think it could take more than 1 day?? If its up and they pause it will i still be able to pay by phone or will I have to do it online? Sorry for all these questions but Im panicking right now!!! Thank you again once more!!!

Unfortunately their support is all digital now, and they don't start officially reading tickets until 9 AM Eastern. Even if they had a phone number to call, they wouldn't be working right now.

They usually give advance warning or notice for maintenance, not sure why they didn't for today.

I tried calling *611  but days the same thing....Do you have another number I can contact to speak to an agent? Thanking you in advance for all your time and help...I cant be without a phone not even for 1 day....sorry about this!!!

I just checked myself and *611 is also down for maintenance.

I wish there was another option, but you'll unfortunately have to wait until it's online in the morning.

Thank you Rastin but I dont know how to do that!! I yried going on their web page but wont let me...I also yried calling *611 but says the same thing...Upgrading page

They won't cut your line, just pause it until the payment goes through, then it resumes. Unfortunately until the site is up (most likely in the morning) the only way to pay would be by phone.

Thank you for your reply!!! Im bad with technology so please be patient with me...Does that mean that they will cut my line?? I dont have a home line and I have a sick father that I need to contact all the time...Do you think they will cut my line? Is there another way I can pay it? Thank you

Where did you reply? Please help me...I dont know how to pay it....i cant access their page....i changed my credit card and i cant even go in their page to add the new one....tomorrow is deadline and i wont have a line...please tell me how to pay

It's possible that it a cashe issue. Try clearing your cache or use a different browser and see if that helps
