My payment was processed on August 11 and I still do not have service. This is a very frustrating way to try and get an answer for a question. I tried to submit a ticket but it has failed numerous times.

Did you login to your account and double check if you Subscription is active?
If it is, it could be an outage in your area:

@jasmith60 did you tried your sim card in another phone? And My Account showing active? or Suspended?
Look like you have problem submitting ticket with Chatbot. Instead, you can simply message them using this link:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
