When will the payment vouchers actually be able to be processed? I have been entering then since before labor day and still I get the same reply of sorry unable to process at this time, please try again later.

Are you entering the voucher on the website or app or dialling 611?

How certain are you that what you have are actual Public vouchers? Also, look back in your payment history to see if the amount did get deposited. Are you using the 12 digits identified as PIN#? Some say Voucher#. That is not the right one.

should not be more than 24 hours.  please submit ticket with agent and they can check the voucher
