My public mobile account will not let me add a payment voucher. What can I do

Where did you buy it? As stated may just not be active yet, if that is the case, should be good tmw

Payment vouchers from Shell Gas or Walmart are active right away. Dial 611 to add them to your account.
If you bought the delayed vouchers...try again tomorrow morning.

Try adding the voucher through calling 611, and also try through your Self Serve account. Look for another set of 12 digits it could possibly be.
Some vouchers take 24 hours to become active and to be able to add to accounts. If too many failed attempts, wait over an hour or so to try again.
If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.
