@Priest1 "my payment day is tomorrow (every second of each month)"
Your payment can't always be the second of every month since Public Mobile plans are 30 days so the day of the month will change over time

@NDesai- I think you might be thinking of vouchers. Xoom sends a voucher that for a pure Public number resolved as Telus. It gives Telus instructions too when I once tried it. I didn't see an RTR option.
However, it would be interesting to explore that with muskbird. There might also be a problem with muskbird RTR when suspended.

The real time payment might not work for some if the phone number was ported in from another carrier. The way some of these system works is that it figures which carrier first owned the number. Services like Xoom does RTR, but your number automatically processes with old carrier if you ported in.
@NDesai , I’m half asleep so pray I did my screenshot correctly!

Edit: I meant to type yes, there’s a small charge for me plus the tax.

As the customer has stated a desire to change the payment information saved in the payment in the Public Mobile account, using 611 would only enable to the customer to use the card that is already saved on the acocunt or to use the mentioned vouchers. 611 doesn't have any option to change the payment card.

@Priest1 , I don’t know if you will receive this message in time if you are not able to change your payment card on your account tonight but I purchase topups from MuskBird online to automatically add the funds to my account for me. (I usually do this 3 days before my payment is due).
I pay using E-Transfer but you can pay using a Card or PayPal.
The Public Mobile TopUp is where you purchase it online & receive the pin in your email then sign into your Public Mobile Account or Dial *611 from your cell phone or Dial 1 (855) 478-2542 (1 855 4PUBLIC) from another phone.
I use the real time payment option Public Canada RTR (select mobile top up on that page) that tops it up for you. Provide the phone #, the amount you want to pay.

I send an E-Transfer to admin@muskbird.com to pay for it. I received an email confirmation, within half an hour it is automatically added to my Public Mobile account without me even having to leave my home! Which this option works great if I can’t login to my account nor call 611 !

Ummm... you CAN call 611 to make a payment via a voucher. You CAN'T change your credit card info though 611.
@Priest1 If you want to change your credit card info and the site isn't working, try the app. Here is how you do it.
How to change credit card on phone app
Download the app from the app store if you already haven’t.
Sign into your app.
When your app opens you’ll be in the My Account tab. You will see a plus button at the bottom left above the My Account tab. Click on it.

Once you’ve clicked on it, go to Payments

The next screen you’ll want to click on Manage Subscription.

The next screen will give you the option to change your credit card information when you click on Manage Payment Method.

There you will be able to enter a new credit card and expiry date. Click on Save and you're good to go.

You can also dial *611 to make a payment.

I would clear all of your browser data and cache, then in an hour try again or even try on the app if you haven’t already. Another browser or an incognito window might also work but too many attempts in a short span can cause issues.
Worst case scenario you can purchase vouchers from Shoppers, A Gas station, or an online service like Muskbird and add it to your account using 611. Muskbird also has a Real time top up that can instantly add funds to your account.
