Data not working in US

I’ve got the $50 can/us plan, phone works, text works, but data doesn’t work in the US. Made sure APN is accurate, tried a reset, still not working. Please help.

In Florida, my iPhone connect automatically with att. Just able to talk and sms. Data cuts often and not very fast. Change manually to T-Mobile. 5g is working great. (iPhone 12 pro max)

@Jason74 I had the same experience in Sunday with AT&T. No issues with TMobile.

Are you willing to answer if your phone is set to 5G? If so I wonder if you were to switch to 4G LTE and connect to AT&T and see if data works.
Trying to nail down what works and what doesn't.

Thank you, I didn’t know about the t-mobile part. My phone was automatically selecting AT&T. It looks like it’s up and running. 😁

try connecting to either T-Mobile or AT&T whichever works best. Let us know.

Hey @Jason74 

Go into your network settings and remove automatic and pick Tmobile and reboot. Then try. If not, change to ATT and reboot. Try then.

Are you connected to T-Mobile or AT&T? Is your phone set to 5G or 4G LTE?
