Hello,
My account is on hold because of a failed subscription payment. I am trying to renew my subscription through the account but it isn't accepting any card I put.
I need urgent help as I cant seem to reach anyone to assist

if you need your service up and running right away you can use ding.com or recharge.com for a fee. or you can purchase a voucher from superstore or 7 eleven

@AnthonyAdeseiye They usually reply with in the hour but can be longer , have as much account info ready number , email etc and keep an eye on your community in box for the reply . Or you can use this link to it to watch out for

@AnthonyAdeseiye One way you could buy payment vouchers and load it *611!and resume services and worrry about updating credit card info later . And to many failed attempts and you will need to wait another full hour before trying again . And when you do try incognito private mode or from another device or even try the APP . If issues persist submit ticket with support to help

Confirm that none of your services are working in self service. Try again using a web browser. Clear your browser cache first and then open a new browser window in incognito/private mode.
