My credit change payment did not go through last period. Can’t get back into account to update credit card in to pay and reactivate phone. What should I do? Help

Thanks everyone. I logged in on my computer instead of phone and it worked for me to get back into my account.

Try to reset password to gain access to account.
Then pay manually and reactivate account (if suspension was <90 days).
If you cannot get into your account, talk to agent to help you out.

HI @htkwan how long was the account suspended? If less than 90 days, it should be ok. Just need to find a way to login
Try Reset Password. Enter the email address and they will send you the link to reset it
