Payment retrieving

SalahAttar

Hi there,

I've mistakenly payed in advance balance 70 dollars. I don't know if I can retrieve this money. This money is not for the correct plan that I am using right now, it's for next 2 months. Please let me know if it's possible to get this money back.

Thanks

I won't be using it anymore.

That's true buddy, but I am traveling and no longer using the SIM card. So, the money will just go to waste if I couldn't retrieve it.

@SalahAttar  The $70 goes into your account balance and will automatically be used for your next 2 plan renewals so no worries.

Log into self service and the money should be in your available funds. You can just leave it there and it will be used for future renewals. If you need assistance then contact a moderator.

@SalahAttar , there's no refunds.  However, you can change your plan anytime and have it take effect either immediately or on next renewal.  The funds will remain in the account until it's used up.
