Im trying to change my subscription but the payment isn't working.  Im out of data, and need this fixed asap please

Are you having problems login to your account?

If you switch subscription Now once you are login. You will be paying twice, one for the current subscription and one for the new subscription.

Better to switch on your next renewal date and purchase data Add-on in the meantime.

@dfrounze  If you tried more then 2 times in the hour . You will need to wait one full hour before trying again . And when you do try to do so incognito private mode or even a different device or computer . Or if on the website maybe try it on the  new PM app . Worst case you can always get support to help you also
