HI @Mellym so, you have successfully loaded the voucher into your account? if you already loaded, then the 24 hours wait time is not the issue
it is best to login to My Account using Incognito/Private/Secret browser mode to check if the fund just showing up as Available fund, not used or if it already being used for renewal
Try to reboot your phone once more

Did you reboot your phone by powering off then powering back on?
Some voucher may take 24 hours for it to work.

@Mellym Can you log into your account and reactivate maybe the funds are sitting in the account In available funds and you need to make manual payment … also know that some vouchers take 24 hours after purchase to use them .. if all else fails contact support
