I have tried to purchase add ons but it says it cannot verify my credit card information. My card usually works so what is the problem?

@Celibaum , is it possible that your credit card expired? If the credit card is confirmed current, try doing a manual top up equivalent to the cost of the add-on and see if that works. If it does, then buy the add-on with funds in the account. In the event that something happened to the credit card information on file, I suggest removing the card and then adding it back and retry the top up.

Are you on autopay? Has the credit card been used with Public mobile before?
The payment system is finicky. Maybe clear cache or incognito mode or different web browser.
Make sure the name and address exactly matches the billing address of the credit card company.
If you are on autopay, you can try dialing 611 on your phone to buy an add on also.
