Hello I have attempted to pay for my plan with a new credit card at least 10 times. It never works. I use my card at the shops, it is active and works. Is this a glitch on their payment processing side when trying to add a new card?
I cant call anyone and simultaneously I cant pay to have my phone functioning. No response from the team in 2 days and I have submitted two support tickets.
Frustrating.

That's so strange! It seems like it must be on their end. You'll likely have to wait until they respond. In the meantime, if you do online banking, you might be able to add them as a bill payment by adding your account number. Will it let you set up automatic payments? Maybe that would help?

sorry, for this glitch, support cannot help either, it is a waiting game, that is why we suggest you wait at least 24 hours, some suggest to wait longer if you can
or use voucher if you need the service quick. Buying voucher from Shoppers or other retailer has no extra cost, just trouble

I tried in incognito mode. Did not work. I have tried on 3 seperate days now.
I get this as an error message: notAbleToProcessRequest
Again, I used my card yesterday, it works fine.
How about as a company you don't block poeples service if they have no way to pay for it?? I need to call, it is essential for my daily and professional life.
Re-state my account until you fix your crumby payments system. This is not my problem, yet I am being punished for it.

@MattGoulding If you tried to many times the site might have blocked your for a full 24 hours if that’s the case try the app if you haven’t already , if you have tried the app try u installing it and r install it and make sure you allow location services on with in the app when you first log back in again . In the meantime you can go to shoppers drug mart and buy payment voucher and lid the funds *611 to resume services right away and worry about updating CC later

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes
if your plan not expired or suspended yet and you still have time, please wait a day or even longer before you try again. When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
