Hello there,

I cannot log into my account.  When I access my account it loops back into your web page. This is poorly set up.

I want to update my credit card and at the same time I want to have access to my account number as well. Please help.

Thank you very much. It is strange that Telus makes this so complicated. Appreciate your response and shall give it a try.

If you are not to log in or create a ticket you can use the link below to ask agent to fix your log in details. 

Once that's fixed you can update your payment details.
