I tried to recharg my account. Money was deducted and approved by my bank three times. However i kept getting sms that it was declined by bank. What can i do? i called my bank and they said everything was ok and approved on there side.

Does your self-serve account show active status? Does your credit card show it was actually charged? If not, go to recharge.com to buy a voucher code you can use to top up account. Maybe at a later date, try using a different credit card to see if that goes through..

You can buy topup voucher at recharge.com to get your plan working again and deal with bank issue later.

@eli_2018 , please login to your self serve account and check the payment history to see if the charges went into the account. If the charges are registering in the account then you need to contact the moderator team to reconcile the multiple payments and errant texts being received.
