Payment not Processing

Have set up a new account, and entered a SIM #. Continuously get "Payment Failed! Please try again or use a different payment method." error when trying to pay. It appears that there may be an address page that is required to fill out before processing payment, but it skips past and when I click on "Back", it doesn't go there either.

@DW7  .you need to do it in the new PM app . All new activations require since new system update few months ago

No, doing this through the desktop and have tried both Chrome and MS Edge.
