The system asks this: Let's Complete Your Activation.
I am not asking to change the existing subscription.
All I need is to be able to access the account to update my account information.
Kindly help me navigate around that so i can access my account please.

Dial 1-855-4PUBLIC to see if your account is active. Some vouchers will take a day for it to un-suspended your account but you should be able to access your account if it is suspended or not.
Did you create a Eversafe ID if you are and longtime member? If you haven’t, click on Sign Up and use your registered account information.

More details would be helpful. Were you able to access your account before? Are you a new customer? old customer?
If older customer, did you sign up for the everSafe login before?
