I made a payment, it says on my bank statement the money was taken out but my account is still suspended and is still asking for the full payment. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

Did you ask your bank for a chargeback? A payment reversal would mean that Public Mobile will forbid credit cards and visa debit/mastercard debit cards to be used on your account. When there's a payment dispute, customers are to contact the merchant first unless there is no actual prior business relationship. Some card issuers wil even go as far as refusing to open a payment dispute unless the customer has first tried resolving this with the merchant.

How did you make the payment?
you can’t bill payment from your bank account to public mobile
You need to use a credit card or visa debit card and use website or App.
