My payment was due today it was scheduled to automatically come out of my debit card. I forgot to add funds as I don’t use that account much. I received a text saying your plan did not renew but when i go to website or the app to make a payment it says you are subscribed and money will be automatically taken out. I do have enough funds in the account now but don’t want the service to be cancelled.

just login My Account now and click Pay and Resume Services to resume your service

it wont got cancelled yet, you have 90 days to resume service
To resume services now, please use this link to add enough fund and reboot and phone

@Jobanc If service is working nothing to worry about if your service not working you need to hit the “pay now and resume service button “ if you don’t see that you can
use this link to load funds and trigger the renewal
