For some odd reason my card didn't work even though I called the bank and they said it was fine. Either way I payed it anyways since it told me I was missing 4 dollars for my plan. Now I paid it on the day it was due, been waiting 3 days for it to be recharged. It says I have the correct balance and still it won't renew. Anybody knows why this is happening? And how come public mobile hasn't fixed this yet ? 😞 need my phone for medical reasons. So it's kinda important I keep it on

It's weird when I go to put it on manually, the make a payment pops up, then when I go amount due it'll say no payment needed. That's why I'm trying to look for a payment option to use balance or maybe somethings wrong with my account?

@Natashaf, is there sufficient funds in your account to complete the renewal? If the account is in suspended state, there should be a big notification in the overview page to reactive the account. If the process is not completing automatically, try the manual reactivation.
