I try to use 611 number to renew my service which expired a day ago, but it was ending my call right away.
Does not give me an option to pay.
Also, when I tried to login to my account via https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca it crashes with a message that says " user unathorized" after I putt my valid password.
Any help will be appreciated

So from another phone, you dial the number, choose a language, enter your phone number - what do you get? Is that when it says unreachable? Or just the dialing of the number?
That's 1-855-478-2542 just to be sure.

@softech When I dial from 1 855 4PUBLIC from another phone, it says the customer you are trying to reach is not available. When I dial same from my phone, it just end the call right away

@Keeler123 try calling 1.855.4PUBLIC from any other phone. See if it works as a workaround for *611 for now

Can you log into My Account to add the voucher?
If not, or still having issues contact CSA to see what is up. And maybe come back and share what they say about 611, it's strange.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

From another phone, what recording do you get when you dial 1-855-4pu-blic?
Were your services working up until "a day ago"?
