Could someone point me to the right direction please? I was trying to reactivate my daughter’s service through my phone but did not realize that the subscription went through my own cellphone. Subscription wasn’t successful as far as I know. I need a refund for the $17 I paid so I can reactivate my daughter’s service. Thank you in advance.

Looks like her phone # is completely gone. I would need to get a new physical SIM card. I am trying to send a private message but it wouldn’t let me. I need to cancel the service with a new phone # that is attached to my own device. Please help.

@JoefeA don't worry that money is not lost, you see it in your available funds right?
To reactivate your daughter's (if you do not have access to her phone to call 611) call # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device and add a voucher or see if you can use the registered card on the account (if there is one).

@JoefeA , Public Mobile generally does not offer refunds. If you see the $17 sitting in your account, it might be worthwhile leaving it there for the next renewal. If you want to try to seek a refund, send a PM to the CSAs using the link below.

I would just keep the $17 on your account that would go towards your next renewal.
Are you able to log in to your daughters account now?

with your daughter's account, login to her My Account and pay there, or use her PM sim card and call *611
