Payment due date

Why does my payment due date change every month?

Billing and Service period at PM are 30 days so eventually you lose 5 days a year...

All currently offered plans are active for 30 days...so your renewal date will change according to days in the month.

Hello @XAMX 

Public Mobile is a pre paid 30 day plan. Therefore your renewal date may be different every 30 days depending on the number of days in that month. Sadly their website says monthly which is incorrect and you'd figure after how many years of the website being up, they'd fix it!! 🙂
