Anyone having a problem with payments. I received a text from 611 saying my payment didn't go through, but my card is fine and has sufficient fund in there? In fact I went online and paid it through the card. Is there a problem??

Thanks
Glad your phone is working. As @Anonymous stated, auto-pay sometimes fail and through NO FAULT of your own.
If you had to manually make a payment to get your services restored, it's likely you wouldn't have benefited from the auto-pay reward (or loyalty reward, if applicable) that should have applied toward your plan's payment amount (and that you should still receive) since this was no fault of your own.
I would check that and if you don't receive this credit, or it's not showing under your Available Balance, contact the Moderators to make sure they manually apply it toward your next renewal. Wouldn't be a bad idea to make sure they confirm your auto-pay details are fine so you don't have to face another auto-pay failure.

@andi967 : 911 will work with no SIM in even. You could not pay for any service anywhere and still be able to call 911. Sorry to hear you're ill. Not fun.

@andi967 : Sometimes autopay fails. Are your services working now after your payment?
