if your plan not expired or suspended yet and you still have time, please wait a day or even longer before you try again. When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

payment could be trouble sometimes
you can wait an hour and try update again using browser with Incognito mode and the PM app
if you still cannot pay and you need to pay now, get a voucher from stores like Shoppers Drug Mart, then load the voucher via *611 or via My account. Pay like this for this month and hope the issue is resolved next month

@Yy1 What payment for plan ? Add on have you tried rebooting the phone ? You can buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and old *611 to resume service right away if needed .you may need to wait full 24 hours to update credit card info if that’s what your doing . And try incognito / private mode or from the app or try a different device even
