The payment system employed by Public Mobile does not work. It is insecure, and data has been compromised.
Ive already raised this to PM but Telus doesn't seem to care, so I've today filed an official complaint against Telus/PM with the CRTC.
A phone company that operates online should probably be using a website.

I honestly highly doubt that. As others have said it does have a website. You can pay in many different ways and you don’t even haft to give payment info (IE buying a voucher with cash and using that though phone payment) to apply.

@donaldblair Insecure and data has been compromised? Care to elaborate? Maybe explain whose data and/or what data has been compromised?
As for the website, um.... you are on their website. Not sure what your complaint is here. Again, can you provide a few specifics? Thanks.

You have taken the right steps to follow up on your issue. Make sure to document your follow-up with public mobile moderators.

@donaldblair you can pay with vouchers, American express, Visa and MasterCard credit cards and Mastercard debit and Visa debit. You can use autopay, pay through 611 from your phone or within tpyour self service account. Where's the problem with the system? Thanks.
