I had a Referral come the other day and switch two phones, he used the same credit card for both Accounts however for the second line his credit card got maxed out.. so the payment went through but the Card company declined it not long after the Activation.
Since than the secondary phone which was already ported and working with Public for the first few days has stopped working and no matter what we do the email and password are not working to sign Into 'My Account'.
The card can be updated to something will work now that we have discovered the issue, did the account get closed on us?
What's going on and how do I help them resolve this?

I did 'Forgot Password', reset it and then it let us login using her email.
Thabkfully, services we're only suspended.
@Priority , see you solved your own issue before some of Us could even type our response 😂

@Priority I would suggest that he ask a CS_Agent whats going on with the account & that he explains the situation. The account isn’t paid for so maybe isn’t active!
Edit: Never mind , we posted at the same time , ignore my message 😆

I got it sorted, I was able to sign in from my end and do everything that was required.
I did 'Forgot Password', reset it and then it let us login using her email.
Thankfully, services we're only suspended.

Try clearing the cache on the web browser and try again
When you have two accounts, web browsers cache get's confused on which account is which so sometimes it uses the wrong data and sends it back to PM and they're like... ummm.. nope.
So go to the settings on the browser, clear the cache, close browser, re open and try logging into the account he wishes. My advice for your friend... use account A on Chrome and account B on Edge or Firefox so he wont' encounter this problem again.
