My phone has to be paid today, so as I am trying to add the card that is valid and isn’t expired onto my account it’s telling me it’s wrong etc when it isn’t as I have been typing the card that’s in my hands into the right boxes. Then, as I’m trying to login as things prompt me to, it keeps telling me my email/password isn’t correct when it is correct. So I change my password and it worked but when trying everything again it does the same thing. I’m trying to submit a ticket but it’s not letting me even do that as well. Then I try to reset my password one more time as I’m getting extremely upset with this, it tells me this (image below). Can someone please help me I’m getting extremely frustrated and upset right now when all I’m trying to do is top up my phone this morning.

I wasn’t aware that shoppers sells them, also I kept trying on the app as well as the actual website and it finally decided to work for me.

if you need to pay and resume account, get a voucher from Shoppers durg mart and load the voucher using *611

This could be related to website being down under maintenance. So try again later. Members here will post later a notice that it is back up and running so keep an eye for it.

Try clearing cache and cookies and using a different device, if available. I use laptop for account management.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods: ( recommended option #2)
Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request). Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts, or,
Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
