I am on autopay since last Year (2019). Just wondering why Public Mobile decided to suspend/cancel my subscription to my chosen plan. Please advise.

If your service is not working then you could make a manual payment to top up your balance if autopsy fails to work.
LOL, this is the 2nd time(don't recall who was responsible for the 1st one) I've seen that typo on these forums..... I'm thinkin' that if an autopsy is necessary, the account MUST be way beyond hope! 😉 🤣

@Archer2020 Unfortunately as you have discovered Auto Pay is not perfect and will fail in some cases. When that happens you account gets suspended and you need to re-activate you account to get it going again.
Public needs to address this problem and upgrade their system going forward. In the meantime many customers chose to make a manual payment one to two days before their plan renewal to avoid these type of issues. Please note that your Auto Pay reward will not be affected by making manual payments.
Your choice. Hope this helps.

Quite a few report from few days that autopay did not work.
If your phone is not working, you can call 611 to add fund to your account using your autopay cc and get your phone working ASAP.
You can also add fund to your account using self-serve. Then click on the reactivate your plan link to get your phone working ASAP.
If PM server does not let you to add fund using your autopay cc, your can buy a topup voucher to add fund to your account.
After getting your account working, create a moderator support ticket for help using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
1. Tell SIMon what is the issue

3. SIMon will give your 2 choices. Click on the "Account-specific question"
4. Then, click on "No, I want a human"
5. Click "Submit a ticket"

@Archer2020 if your service doesn't work, and your account is suspended, you may reactivate a suspended account online or by calling 611.
Via your account online
1. If you have already registered, or will first register, a credit card, go to step 2. OR deposit a voucher for at least your plan cost and go to step 3.
2. Go to the payment tab, select single payment and amount due.
3. Select the reactivate account button.
4. Restart your phone.
or You can also use 611 to make your payment.:
1. press 1 to make payment
2. press 2 credit card ( or 1 voucher)
3. press 1 amount due.
4. Restart your phone.
Let us know if it works. Thanks

Sometimes autopay does fail. Does your service work?
You can manually top of the funds and your plan should re-activate.

Does your service still work ? Sometimes it will show suspended in your account but it can take a few hours to update on your renewal date back to active.
If your service is not working then you could make a manual payment to top up your balance if autopsy fails to work.
